Infinitude Wurm

I'm really very excited I got the promotion I applied for at work. I've only been there 6 weeks, and this new job is a good step up. The best part is that it is 8-5, no more late shifts, no more threat of night shifts.  Happiness.  Also, hopefully more time to get back to the blog.  Hurray!

In March I made an infinitude scarf. I loved it so much I wanted a matching hat. I'd been eyeing the Wurm pattern for quite some time, and it matches perfectly. Both are free patterns, and both are fun. Easy, yet not boring. My favorite. Plus, the Wurm has a double thickness brim, which is brilliant.  Prepare yourself for some terrible pictures.  Really. They are bad.  Sorry.

I used Supa yarn, 100% wool. I've been informed cooler weather is on the way, perhaps I'll get to give them a try before too long.

Take care and Happy Crafting!

    1. Yes, they are twins, and just turned 7. I'm an agronomist by trade, but currently working in quality control/technology at a salad factory. You can't predict life, that's for sure!

  10. Hooray for the promotion!

I love that Wurm and cowl. I've had it in my queue for awhile and even have the yarn set aside. Now that warm weather is around the corner, I'm not sure if it will get put aside until next fall. LOVE the blue you picked for your set.

    1. Yeah......I started these when it was a bit warm, just because they were fast and I had the yarn. Now they are sitting in the closet waiting for winter!
